Getting Started with Shopfront

Welcome to Shopfront! This guide will help you set up and start selling across multiple online marketplaces.


Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit the Sign-Up Page: Go to the Shopfront website.
  2. Fill Out the Registration Form: Provide your email, password, and other necessary details.
  3. Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification link and click it.

Step 2: Set Up Your Store

  1. Log In to Your Dashboard: Use your credentials to access your vendor admin console.
  2. Customize Your Storefront: Add your logo, choose your theme, and set up your store’s layout.
  3. Add Payment Methods: Link your preferred payment options for seamless transactions.

Step 3: Install the Shopfront Chrome Extension


Step 4: Connect to Marketplaces

  1. Navigate to Marketplace Settings: Find this option in your dashboard.
  2. Select Your Marketplaces: Choose the platforms you want to sell on (e.g., eBay, Etsy).
  3. Authorize Your Accounts: Log in to each marketplace and grant Shopfront access.

Step 5: Add Your Products

  1. Go to the Products Section: Click on “Products” in your dashboard.
  2. Add a New Product: Click the “Add Product” button.
  3. Fill in Product Details: Include product name, description, price, and upload images.
  4. Save and Publish: Click “Save” to store your product and “Publish” to list it on marketplaces.

Step 6: Manage Orders

  1. View Your Orders: Click on the “Orders” section to see all your sales.
  2. Update Order Status: Mark orders as fulfilled when you ship them.
  3. Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to any questions from your buyers through the dashboard.
